Peolple whisper about her in the hallways. They just can't help it. Aurora has a very cheerful disposition, and an infectious joy. Her kindness to everyone and willingness to help in any situation, no matter who or what involved, makes her very popular with the entire school body. She is hard-pressed to think a bad though of anyone. Her beauty is carried with grace and poise so she never misses a step, unlike some of the other students going through their awkward teen years. She is heavily involved with the drama club, indulging in her love of singing. She may be a little on the quite side, but she can be good at letting her feelings be known. Her real downfall is that Aurora keeps her sadness and pain from showing to others, thinking that if they knew of her inner struggles it would only hurt them. It is the only area where her normally opinionated mind fails her. She is very eager to please, sometimes almost so much so. She never wants to leave the happy world her aunts created to live with her parents, but even more deeply she wishes that her aunts would let her find love. |
Aurora grew up in the sunny, love filled household of her three aunts. Her mother was always very ill, and while her parents had more than enough money to pay for a nanny, out of fear that Aurora would catch an illness they sent her away. Her only knowledge of them was marked with a small bit of money sent every month to help support her. She was always allowed to roam freely around her neighbors lands as a child, but the rule of never speaking to a stranger was very firm. Especially if it was a boy. She could always be found either out and about or tending the flower garden with a few of the tamer wildlife looking on. Her frequent smiles and flushed cheeks from hours spent running alone earned her the nickname Rosie from her aunts and neighbors. She was always very studious, and amazed everyone with her beautiful singing voice. Her good nature and charm blossomed even more when she was allowed to end her home schooling and attend high school. She has carved her own nitch at the school, but is still a little out of place, as her aunts never let her go into town unless for school. Nor do they do not let her stay out on nights, or allowed on dates. But everyone still adores her nonetheless. People often comment that her aunts are overly strict, but she grew up under the rules, and while at points finds them annoying, she generally only regards her aunts with more fondness for them. She knows her life is almost perfect, and would never give it up for anything. The only break in her beloved tranquility is the looming threat of her parents bringing her back to their home. |
